My favorite discipline is running. It's not really you against your competitors... it's you against yourself. Every time I run, I'm competing with myself - trying to outrun myself the last time I trained or ran that workout. You learn a lot about yourself by the finish of the run, that's why it's my favorite. MM: What your favorite workout? I love biking from Boulder to Carter Lake. It's a long ride. There's a good climb at the end. And I nearly died my first time I did it. Now, when I destroy the workout, I just smile and drink a protein shake and get ready for the next workout. MM: Favorite Foods to fuel with Oh so many... I'm not sure if I can wittle it down. I suppose at the end of the day I'm a steak and potatoes guy. But these days it's more lean meat and salad with dressing on the side. I still love potatoes (mashed, fried, baked, twice baked, stuffed etc.) though. MM: Favorite Cheat Foods? Buffalo Wings. I can down 50 of them in one sitting at Buffalo Wild Wings. However, I never feel too great the next morning... MM: What's your Favorite MM Product? Enduromax. Period. I drink that and I become Superman and Batman combined. It always feels good pushing my body to the limits when I know I'm running on the highest octane fuel possible. My training has really taken off and I'm improving across all three sports. Sure, I'm not as far as I would like to be yet, but the nutrition side of things has been critical for the transformation that my body has undergone since I started working with the guys at Max Muscle.
